Irontech head - S44
S44 aka Molly is a life-sized female head by Irontech Doll.
The head is made of silicone.
Lots of attributes may be customized individually; for example, the skin tone, the eye color, and the hair color is configurable.
The S44 head was introduced in December 2023.
